This is a once-in-a-working-lifetime opportunity to contribute to managing and shaping the future of the council’s property and building services.

 


Working as part of the team managing changes to all of our Norse joint ventures, you will lead, oversee and deliver the day to day management of the services presently undertaken by NPS Norwich Ltd and Norwich Norse Building Ltd.  You will also deliver the project work required to transfer and improve these services.


This is an exciting and very challenging position and the successful applicant must have great interpersonal skills, a proven track record in project management and good operational knowledge and hands-on experience of the management and delivery of property and building services as currently provided by NPS Norwich Ltd and Norwich Norse Building Ltd.


You will need to work
collaboratively with external and senior stakeholders and with colleagues and to contribute to a wider programme of work underway to insource the Norse joint venture services.  This is a key role to help ensure the successful delivery of services provided by NPS Norwich Ltd and Norwich Norse Building Ltd and of enhanced council services in the future.
